Candies of fruit with ice cream

Preparation: 10 minutes cooking time: 10 minutes Peel fruit PROCEDURE; divide the pears and apples in thick slices, bananas and kiwi slices and oranges into segments.
Brush with lemon juice, pears, apples and bananas.
Prepare four rectangles of parchment paper about 38 x 42 cm, split the fruit on sheets of paper and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and coarsely chopped hazelnuts; so, then drizzle with rum.
Close to cartocci form four candies, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes in the oven already warm (220°).
When cooked, remove the plate from the oven and place each candy on a plate, cut with a cross cut the paper at the top of cartocci, using a pair of scissors and place over the fruit a scoop of ice cream.
Serve immediately.
