Instructions

20454 ' BANANA SOUFFLE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 3-4 bananas, 3 eggs, 150 ml milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar (optional) 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, butter to grease the mold, a pinch of salt, sugar frosted.

Heat the oven to 150ø.

-170° In a saucepan, mix cornstarch, vanilla sugar, two tablespoons of sugar and salt, add the milk little by little, until it is well blended.

Put on fire very sweet until boil, without ceasing to stir.

Withdrawn from heat and let stand.

Add bananas, previously crushed, the egg yolks, one at a time, and the egg whites; mix very gently with a wooden spoon, making a circular motion.

Pour the dough into a mold for souffl ', previously buttered and sprinkled with sugar, leveling the surface.

Put the cake in the oven for 35 minutes, guarding, cooking without opening the oven.

When the souffl ' is ready, spolveratelo generously with sugar and put it under the grill in the oven for a few seconds for a sauce.

Serve immediately.
