Fruit cakes with chocolate
Instructions
20358 FRUIT CAKES with CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS 4 people: 300 g of dark chocolate, 1/2 l of cream, 2 tablespoons of cognac, variety of fruit.
Melt chocolate pieces with cream and cognac: keep it warm, very sweet focus.
Cut fruit slices.
Intengete in chocolate fruit, roll out the dough on the parchment paper and let dry chocolate.
Serve.
STRAWBERRIES with CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS: 200 g dark chocolate, 1/2 kg of strawberries, 200 ml cream, 100 g of butter.
PROCESS Heat the cream and when it begins to boil remove from heat, add the chocolate pieces, butter, mix well to obtain a smooth cream.
Soak strawberries in chocolate only from one side, place them on a buttered sheet of paper.
When the chocolate has hardened, cover back into the chocolate and let cool.
Serve strawberries in baskets of creased.
