Instructions

20371 CINNAMON CHERRIES INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 75 g of corn flake, 300 g of cherries bigarreaux type, a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 2 egg yolks, 300 g of natural yoghurt, a sachet of vanilla, one tablespoon of acacia honey, cherries for decoration, butter for the mould.

Put in the oven already warm (200°) a dish filled with water.

Butter four small molds.

Wash and dry the cherries and deprive of picciuolo; then cut them in two and deprive the crux and distribute them into the molds, sprinkle them with half of the cinnamon.

In a bowl beat the egg yolks with yogurt, add the honey and vanilla, mix well then pour the cream over the cherries in the molds.

Spread the corn flake.

Place the molds in the oven, in the baking dish with water, and cook over Bain-Marie for about 30 minutes, until the custard is wrinkled.

When cooked remove the molds from the water and sprinkle the surface with the remaining cinnamon.

Let cool and serve cold decorate with cherries.
