Nutella apricot
Instructions
Cut the apricots in half and place them on a buttered.
Cook in oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Whip the cream, add the amaretti and melt the Chocolate in a Bain-Marie.
Put the apricots in 6 cups, guarnitele prepared with cream and pour over the Chocolate hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 12 apricots
- 4 tablespoons of nutella
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 30 cl of creme fraiche
