Endive salad with salsa tapenade

00183 ENDIVE SALAD with TAPENADE SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE; 1 Endive salad; 50 g of tuna in oil; 6 black olives; 4 anchovy fillets; 2 tablespoons mild sauce; Salt Divide the salad leaves, wash and drain.
Blend tuna with anchovies, olives and the sauce just enough to obtain a homogeneous paste.
Put a tiny bit of tapenade on each leaf and place in refrigerator for a few minutes
