Bucatini with bacon and tomato
Instructions
FRY in oil the onion, carrot, celery and parsley.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
Cut the fillets Bacon and blend it with the sauce.
Fry the whole thing for another 3 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce.
Deglaze with the wine, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Boil the bucatini al dente and toss with the sauce.
Serve with grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of type pasta bucatini
- 150 g of bacon
- Tomato sauce
- Seed oil
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 celery
- Chopped parsley
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
