Goat cheese mousse
Instructions
00672 CAPRINO MOUSSE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 250 g of fresh goat cheese, 3 sprigs of thyme, 50 g white wine Brut, a few threads of chives.
A loaf of bread cut into slices, grated ginger to taste.
Heat the wine in a saucepan, add the thyme and season for about three minutes.
Place the cheese in a bowl, combine ginger, chives and fillets, cut the cooled wine and mix gently.
Serve the mousse on toasted bread.
