Oysters with tomato sauce with bacon

00809 OYSTERS with TOMATO and BACON INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 12 oysters, a tablespoon of olive oil, chopped onion, a clove of crushed garlic, 2 slices of bacon, 2 tomatoes, 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves, 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and the clove of garlic.
Add the slices of bacon and Brown over high heat before you embed the coarsely chopped tomatoes.
Cook 5 minutes, then add the Basil, season with salt; stir and remove from heat.
