Instructions

00818 BROWSE CASKETS with ENDIVE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of ready-made puff pastry, endives, 4 4 ham slices, 4 slices of fontina cheese, an egg, 50 g butter, 4 tablespoons sugar, salt.

Clean and wash the endives, salt them and put them in a saucepan with the butter and sugar, put on the heat and caramelize them.
