Instructions

00825 SMALL PASTRIES with anchovy and TOMATO SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of pasta BRISA ready and paving, 4 tomatoes, 2 peppers, eggplant, 8 anchovy fillets, olives, olive oil, salt.

Set the oven at a temperature of about 200°; as soon as it is hot, place on a plate covered with parchment paper the peppers, Eggplant and tomatoes and bake for about 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the pasta BRISA with a pasta cutter to get of rims and 4 individual moulds lined.

Prick the bottom with the tines of a fork.

After the cooking time, remove vegetables from oven and bake the tartlets for 25 minutes until it will be well browned.

When cooked, remove from oven and let cool.

Let cool, then remove the vegetables their skin; then cut the flesh of each into strips.

Sprayed with oil and salt, stir carefully.

Garnish the small pastries with vegetable pulp, add some anchovy fillet and black olives.

You can heat the small pastries in the oven for 5 minutes and then serve.
