Instructions

00915 MUSSELS AU GRATIN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of mussels, 5 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, a yellow pepper, 1 garlic clove, red pepper, 2 tablespoons chopped mixed vegetables, olive oil, bread crumbs, 1/2 glass of white wine, salt, pepper.

In a pan pour a few tablespoons of olive oil and let them soften the chopped mixed vegetables.

Add the mussels, well washed, sprayed with white wine, cover and cook 5-7 minutes.

As soon as they are cooked and well open, remove the mussels from the Pan and let them cool.

Remove half of the shell and let the mollusks attached on the other half.

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds es internal filaments and cut it into pieces: place then in a liquidiser jug.

Drain the tomatoes well, tagliuzzateli and add to the peppers.

Peel the garlic, cleaned the interior seeds off chilies: pour into mug of robot with a few tablespoons of olive oil.

Blend until a smooth and homogeneous cream.

Season with salt and pepper and blend a few seconds.

Cover each half with clam shell with the puree prepared, sprinkle with bread crumbs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for a few minutes (until golden will be) at 160ø.

When cooked, serve.
