Instructions

BARLEY PUDDING 01165 AL RADICCHIO INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 400 g of Pearl barley, chicory, 200 g 100 g frozen vegetables to fried, an egg, 200 g of prawns, olive oil, a knob of butter, chopped parsley, grated lemon rind, salt wash the chicory, drain well and cut into strips.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and let it dry for 15 minutes.

Cook the orzo according to package directions, then drain and let cool.

Meanwhile, turn the oven to 180° and 4 single-serving ramekins lined with baking paper.

Cook the shrimp steam and keep aside.

In a skillet, melt the butter, add frozen vegetables and cook until they are tender.

Place in individual dishes and take them with vegetables and shrimps.
