Mushroom timbale
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g mushrooms, onion, a clove of garlic, 80 g butter, pepper, salt, 6 eggs, 80 g of grated Emmental PROCEEDINGS Scrape mushrooms with a Pocket knife to free them from the ground, then wipe them with a damp cloth and cut them into small pieces rather small.
