Salted rice ring
Instructions
RICE SALAD RING 01490 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 350 g of rice, 40 g of butter, 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, 100 g of sliced ham.
For the sauce: 50 g 50 g Gruyere, fontina cheese, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 l water, 1/2 tablespoon of nut, 50 g flour, 40 g of butter.
Set to cook for 12 minutes in a litre of boiling water the rice.
Drain it, seasoned with butter and Parmesan cheese and pressed into a mold lined doughnut of ham; Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Prepare the sauce: chop the cheese in a blender, add the Parmesan cheese and the egg yolk and continue to blend.
Keep the mixture aside.
Heat in a saucepan 1/2 liter of water, add the nut, flour and butter, stirring.
Add the previously chopped cheese and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a dish slightly and put the rice ring.
