Instructions

AROMATIC RICE 02544 INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 360 g basmati rice, onion, 3 sprigs of cilantro, 2 sprigs of thyme, 2 sprigs Marjoram, 40 g of fresh ginger, one tablespoon of red pepper in grains, a sprinkling of cinnamon, 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds, 4 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 pinches of salt.

Preparation 15 minutes 19 minutes Clean Cooking coriander, thyme and marjoram, and then remove the leaves from the sprigs of coriander and Marjoram.

Chop together with sprigs of thyme with a knife or a Crescent.

Peel the ginger and reduce it to a thinly mm with a sharp knife.
