Lentils with Squid
Instructions
Fried squid with garlic and parsley all chopped, in a little oil.
Pour the white wine and cook for a few minutes.
Imbiondite chopped onion in a little oil, add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the lentils, formerly placed in soaking, Laurel leaf, cover with water, add salt and cook for about an hour.
10 minutes before end of cooking time stir pine nuts and chopped squid.

- 1 kg of squid
- 300 g lentils
- 200 ml of tomato pulp
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 Laurel leaf
- parsley
- salt
