05771 SPAIN STEWED BEANS INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 250 g of white beans well drained, chopped red peppers 2, 3 cloves of garlic, 30 g olive oil, a handful of Arugula, 2 sprigs of thyme, salt, pepper.
Saute in oil the cloves of garlic, add the beans and peppers and cook for 10 minutes; Add salt to taste.
Just before the end of the cooking time, add the Arugula and coarsely chopped thyme.
Pour into a serving dish and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
