Breaded fish rolls

3_07391 BREADED FISH ROULADES INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fillets of white fish and thin, 4 slices of smoked salmon, 300 g soft white cheese (ricotta or Philadelphia), 2 eggs, bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon chives and Dill chopped coarsely, frying oil, salt, pepper.
For garnish: coarsely chopped herbs and lemon slices.
Arrange the fillets on the countertop, place on each a slice of smoked salmon.
Beat the eggs in a dish and pour the breadcrumbs in another.
Place the cheese in a bowl, add chopped herbs, add salt and pepper, stir and spread this mixture on smoked salmon.
Fish fillets folded forming of spring rolls, then toss them in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fillets, 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve hot with garnish lemon slices and chopped herbs.
