Instructions

06946 PORK FILLET IN TOMATO SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of pork tenderloin, an egg, 2 tablespoons of Sherry, a teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of starch, 400 g of sugar snap peas, 6 tablespoons peanut oil.

For the sauce: 2 tablespoons peanut oil 2 tablespoons potato starch, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 cm ginger root 6 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons allspice sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 4 teaspoons of granulated sugar.

Two teaspoons of cold water, vinegar and sugar.

Cook without ceasing to stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add the starch diluted in a little cold water and leave to thicken.

Stir the pieces of pork and the sugar snap peas and let it stand for about 5 minutes.
