Salmon with spinach roll
Instructions
07270 SALMON ROLL with CREAMED SPINACH INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 2 slices of fresh salmon, 4 slices of smoked salmon, pickled onions, 2 4 cucumbers, 1 lemon, 4 tablespoons of cream, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 200 g frozen spinach, half a glass of milk, salt and pepper.
PROCEEDINGS thinly cut fresh salmon, insaporitelo with salt and pepper and sprinkle others with lemon juice.
Add the spring onions and chopped cucumbers, mixed with chives and parsley.
Let stand for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
After 24 hours, spread this mixture over each slice of smoked salmon and formed a roll.
Serve the rolls on top of a layer of cream of spinach.
Creamed Spinach.
Boil spinach in salted water, drain well and beat them together with the cream and the milk, just enough to get a cream finish.
Season with pepper and cook for a few minutes to slow fire.
