Instructions

INGREDIENTS 4 large mackerel, 12 mussels, 1 hard-boiled egg, a clove of garlic, a bunch of parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Clean the fish PROCEDURE by removing the plug.

Steamed mussels open, remove the shell, spezzatele and when done with the hard-boiled egg, garlic and chopped parsley, sprinkle with salt and oil.
