Stockfish with spinach cream

07728 stockfish with SPINACH INGREDIENTS CREAM 4 PEOPLE 400 g of cod without salt, 1 package frozen spinach, 100 ml (1/2 cup) of milk, 1 tablespoon flour, satin 1 clove of garlic, triangles of toasted bread, parsley, oil, flour, salt.
PROCEDURE Cut the cod into pieces, wash it in flour and FRY in the oil until it is golden, well keep it warm.
Fry the garlic and a sprig of parsley in a little oil; combine thawed spinach and sauté for 10 minutes.
Combine the flour, Brown and pour the milk.
Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place the cod in a baking dish and cover with the cream of spinach.
Adorned with triangles of toast.
