Instructions

08074 SAUCE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg red peppers, 1/2 kg of onion, 5 cloves of garlic, black olives, 8 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper.

Wrap PROCESS peppers and onions peeled garlic in aluminum foil and put them in very hot oven.

Cook for 45 minutes and then let them cool.

Free the skinned peppers, remove seeds and cut them into slices, cut the onion into slices.

Crush the garlic in a mortar, combine the oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper, pour this sauce over the peppers and onions, mix well and serve the sauce.

Adorned with black olives and chopped parsley.
