Grapefruit puddings
Instructions
Mix the bread crumbs.
Beat eggs with sugar until mixture is frothy and then add to the boiling milk.
Add the filtered juice of grapefruit and put it on bread crumbs.
Mix well and pour the cream in 4 buttered ramekins.
Cook in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Let cool 2 hours then keep puddings in the fridge before serving.
Sformarli on 4 plates and garnish each pudding with a strawberry cut into wedges.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 eggs
- 75 g of sugar
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 375 g of milk
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 4 strawberries
- Butter
