Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of potatoes, a red onion, 500 g of green beans, 250 g cheese, quorn, a tablespoon of oil d? peanuts, chopped 1 tablespoon tarragon, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 5 cl of tarragon vinegar, salt, pepper.

Rinse the potatoes and cook for 25 minutes in boiling salted water.

Peel and chop the onion; clean the beans, depicciolateli and cut them in half.

Cook for 15 minutes in boiling salted water, place them in a colander and cover with a lid so that they baking steam takes hot.
