Instructions

Preparation 30 minutes Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the salt, pepper and mix well.

Squeeze the lemon and strain the juice through a strainer, close-mesh net.

Combine yogurt, oil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Clean the threads of chives with damp paper towels and cut into small chunks with a pair of scissors then mix yogurt with a fork and season 10 minutes.

Discarded marred parts of the salad, remove the leaves from the core and dice them with your hands.

Wash and dry them with a kitchen towel.

Put bean sprouts into a colander, rinse under running water, then dry.

Drain liquid from salmon conservation, cut into chunks, and then patting dry with paper towels.

Eliminate the eventual petiole to apples, wash them well and dry them.

With a knife, cut them in half and remove the core and cut them into chunks of 1, 5 cm.

Put fruit, vegetables and salmon to a serving bowl and mix the ingredients gently with your hands.

Sprayed the salad with yoghurt sauce amalgamated well.

Serve.
