Pizza with mussels
Instructions
10201 PIZZA with MUSSELS INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 3/4 kg of mussels, 1/2 kg of ripe tomatoes, 2 big onions, 100 g emmental cheese and 50 g grated Parmesan cheese all over.
For the dough: 1/2 kg of flour, 25 g of yeast, 4 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon of salt.
PROCEDURE Place the yeast in a large bowl, oil, salt, mix well.
After you add the flour and 300 ml of water, mix it enough to get a very close.
Form a ball and let stand for one hour.
Grate the tomatoes, season with salt, oregano and decorate with the oil.
Browned the sliced onion in a little oil, drain, add salt and pepatela.
Steamed mussels open, remove the shell and keep aside.
Roll out the pastry on a baking plate, cover it with a layer of grated tomatoes and placed over the onion and the mussels and the two types of cheese, previously mixed together.
Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
