Instructions
10549 BOTCHED POLENTA INGREDIENTS for 6/8 PEOPLE 500 g flour, 300 g of sausage, 300 g of pork minced meat, 200 g of grated Parmesan cheese, 150 g butter, 25 g of dried mushrooms, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
PROCEDURE Prepare a regular polenta with 1, 750 gallon saltwater fish, then reflect on the cutting board and let cool.
Wash the mushrooms and put them to soak for 15 minutes.
Sauté in a pan, add chopped meat 75 g butter, add drained mushrooms, crumbled sausage and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce.
