11126 BARZOTTO EGGS with CREAM and TOMATOES INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 10 eggs, 4 tomatoes, a few drops of tabasco sauce, 1 clove of garlic, 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 200cc cream, salt and pepper PROCEDURE Wash the tomatoes, give them the seeds, cut them into cubes and mix them with mayonnaise; Add the tabasco sauce, finely chopped garlic clove, salt and pepper.
Finally add the cream, mix well and put in the fridge.
Cook the eggs to barzotto, distribute them on the dish and cover with tomato sauce.
