Instructions

11151 SCRAMBLED EGGS with BREAD CROUTONS 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 3 eggs, 1 box of cream, 3 slices of bacon, 3 tablespoons grated Gruyere cheese, 1 tablespoon of cornmeal, salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE cut the bacon into slices and place in a suitable container for cooking in the microwave, cook at full power until it is well browned and crisp, pour the cream into the bowl and simmer for two minutes.

Beat the eggs, add the yellow flour dissolved in a little cold water, grated cheese, season with salt and pepper.

Combined with the cream eggs with Bacon and place the container with lid in the microwave and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

Put the scrambled eggs on a plate and serve with the toasted bread crostoni.
