11245 EGGS mushroom INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 hard-boiled eggs, 80 g of pickled shrimp, a tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chopped chives 2 small tomatoes, possibly ben rounds, 4 leaves of lettuce, a tube of mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.

Cut the ends and, with the help of a knife, gently remove the yolks.
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and water and place upside down on a piece of kitchen paper.

Place in mixing bowl of a food processor with egg yolks, lemon juice, chives and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Add salt and pepper.
Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
