Sauce for grilled meats
Instructions
12141 TOMATO SAUCE for GRILLED MEAT INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE type tomatoes 4 Roma, 1/2 red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, a little chilli, 2 green lemons, a bunch of coriander, a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes and remove their seeds: cut the flesh into cubes.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Remove pepper seeds and tritatelo.
Chop the cilantro, keeping some sprig for garnish.
Squeeze the lemons.
In a bowl, mix the tomatoes with onion, garlic and chilli.
Sprinkle with the lemon juice and stir well.
Season with salt, pepper and add the cumin.
Stir.
Add the cilantro and mix gently.
Decorated with sprigs of cilantro and place in the refrigerator until serving.
This sauce is excellent to accompany grilled meat of chicken, beef, pork and does not disdain even mixed Grill of fish.
