Instructions

12558 RASPBERRY and chocolate SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g raspberries, 100 g sugar, one tablespoon of white wine, a spoonful of brandy, 150 g of dark chocolate.

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a saucepan; melt chocolate in double boiler.

Rinse raspberries under running water and gently tamponateli.

Place in a saucepan with the sugar, wine and brandy: bring to a boil and cook to moderate flame for about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, blend with an immersion blender.

Add the chocolate liquid and stir well.

Let cool and serve.
