Instructions

In a pan with high edges melt butter and soffriggetevi the cubes of bacon.

With a slotted spoon, remove the bacon crisp and place it on paper towels.

In the same Pan saute the chopped onions until nicely Golden.

Pour then flush the cream without mixing, then bring to a boil very soft focus.

Stir the grated cheese, then stir gently until the sauce will not be homogeneous.

Add the oregano, mix, add salt and pepper.

Add bacon, stir and remove from heat.

Let cool.

Whisk the egg yolk in a bowl, embed prepared sauce, stirring vigorously.

Cook the gnocchi in salted water; drain them with a slotted spoon when will rise to the surface and pour into the pan with the sauce.

Mix thoroughly and serve.

  • 400 g of gnocchi
  • 150 g diced bacon
  • a chopped onion
  • 25 g butter
  • 250 ml of cream
  • a yolk
  • 50 g grated Parmesan
  • a pinch of minced oregano
  • salt
  • pepe
