Instructions

07092 HAKE FILLETS hake 4 Ingredients YOGURT around 350 g each, 3 pots from 125 g of whole or low-fat yogurt, 4 jumbo shrimp, 1/2 red pepper, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Clean and fillet the hake; You can also use ready threads.

Wash and dry thoroughly.

Place them with peeled shrimp on a baking plate lined with aluminium.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, parsley and coarsely chopped bell pepper.

Decorate with lemon juice and olive oil.

Cover with the other aluminum rolling up the edges so as to obtain a paperbag.

Put in the oven already warm (180°) and simmer for about 15 minutes.

When cooked remove from oven; spread fillets in individual dishes.

Pour the broth into a bowl with the yogurt and mix well.

Serve the fish with the sauce covering it.

Accompanied the fish dish with boiled rice pudding.
