Instructions

3_07096 SPEIDINI of TUNA and Bacon INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of fresh tuna fillet, in one piece, 200 g of bacon in a single piece, 2 lemons untreated, a sprig of Laurel, a clove of garlic, 80 g of stale bread crumbs, 2 large red and yellow peppers, 4 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper.

Wash and squeeze a lemon with the juicer.

Cut a couple of zest from citrus fruits, without removing the white base.

Peel the garlic and cut into small crumbs.

Chop in food processor with ground pepper and the lemon rind.

Cut the tuna and Bacon dice with a sharp knife.

Brush the tuna with lemon juice mixed with salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Clean the peppers, remove the seeds and white interior filamentio, divide them into water.

Wash them and cut them into small pieces as large as those of tuna and bacon.

Wash the leaves of Laurel; dried peppers and bay leaf together with kitchen paper.

Brush with oil the pieces of bell pepper, Bay leaves and nuts of tuna.

Pour on a dish the chopped mollica.

Roll the dice of tuna and infilzateli on skewers, alternating with Bacon, peppers and bay leaf.

Bake kebabs until vegetables are slightly toasted and crispy bacon and bread, half-cooked voltandoli with two forks.

Sprinkle the pretzels and serve with lemon and fresh Laurel.
