Prawns in honey and lemon vinaigrette

00933 PRAWNS IN honey and lemon VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of peeled prawns but with tails, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, half of the juice of one lemon, 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, a pinch of chili powder, a pinch of salt. Clean the prawns leaving tails intact and rinse under running water. Pour into a bowl and add the honey, lemon juice, soy, garlic, pepper and salt. Stir thoroughly, cover with plastic and place in refrigerator for 3 hours (preferably overnight, then to eat the next day). You can enjoy them raw: simply remove from the refrigerator and let bowl stand at room temperature for 20 minutes, then serve. or you can blow up the shrimp for 5 minutes in a well oiled frying pan with the vinaigrette.
