Marsala pudding
Instructions
Mix the eggs with the sugar, add a little by little the flour, milk and marsala.
Pour this mixture into a pan and put it on the fire to make firm.
Then pour the whole into a mold wet with the marsala and put in the fridge for a few hours.
Remove from the mold and place on a serving dish, topped with biscuits.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 70 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 cups of marsala wine
- Dry biscuits
