Potato croquettes and herbed cauliflower

13250 POTATO CROQUETTES and cauliflower INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE 350 g cauliflower, 750 g potatoes, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons flour, finely grated zest of 1 orange, 2 tablespoons crushed garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary, 10 cl of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 190ø.
Wash the cauliflower, florets and cook split it into steam.
Peel the potatoes, scicquatele under running water, then cuoceteòe in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes.
Drain and place on absorbent kitchen paper.

Place in a large bowl with the cauliflower, roll them into balls and mash together with a fork, stir the eggs, flour, garlic, orange peel, Rosemary, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly all ingredients.

Heat the oil and fry the croquettes 3-5 minutes.
Drain and place you paper towels.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and infornatele 5 minutes.
When cooked, served the croquettes well-heated accompanied with green salad.
