Instructions

11301 OMELETTE to the LEEKS and HERBS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A bunch of parsley, a bunch of dill, 4 eggs, 3 leeks, a spoonful of flour, 40 g butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Wash the leeks, remove the green part and cut them into very thin slices.

Wash the herbs, tamponatele with absorbent paper towel and chop finely.

Melt the butter in a pan and saucepan leeks.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks; whip the egg whites with salt until foamy pizzicvo firmly.

Mix the egg yolks with the flour, then add chopped herbs.

Add salt and pepper, then stir gently whipped egg whites.

Pour the preparation in a pan with the leeks and cook the omelet on both sides.

When cooked, place it on a serving platter, cut into slices and served with salad or cut it into diamonds and present it as an appetizer.

Serve.
