Instructions

2_03887 SPAGHETTI with ANCHOVIES HERBAL INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 350 g spaghetti, 100 g of anchovies in oil, a bunch of herbs (basil, chives, parsley), a bunch of spring onions, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper.

Carefully wash the spring onions, remove the tail and the greenest and cut them thinly lengthwise.

Carefully wash the herbs, tamponatele with paper towels, then chop finely with a Crescent.

In a pan heat a tablespoon of oil and fry the chopped onions for a few minutes.

Then remove from heat and keep aside.

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water; When cooked, drain them, taking a few tablespoons of the cooking water.

Place the pan back on the heat with spring onions, add the spaghetti with the rest of the oil and let them skip a few minutes and mix them often.

Add the anchovy fillets and herbs, pour the spaghetti cooking water by hand, add salt if necessary and sprinkle generously with pepper.

Mix a few more minutes and serve immediately.
