2_09339 SPIRALS of duck breast with BROCCOLI SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 thin slices of duck breast, 8 cabbage leaves-cabbage, 1 teaspoon tamarind paste, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, olive oil, 200 grams of white turnips, 2 carrots, 2 oranges, one shallot, leek (white part only) 1 garlic clove, 3 teaspoons of liquid honey, 5 cl sweet wine, butter, 25 cl of water, 30 cl of milk, salt, pepper.
