Vanilla sauce
Instructions
INGREDIENTS 180 cc of milk, 4 egg yolks, 150 g icing sugar, a stick of vanilla.
With a sharp knife to open the cue and scraped vanilla beans.
Place it in a saucepan with the milk: bring to a boil.
In a bowl mix with a whisk the egg yolks with sugar until mixture is fluffy.
Then pour the mixture into a pan for baking in a water bath and pour in hot milk thread, optionally filtered.

Pour the sauce in a bowl and let cool.
