Instructions

20787 DICED APRICOTS with RICE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 apricots, parboiled rice 60 g, 20 g of ricotta cheese, 5 g bitter cocoa, 5 g of Vanillin, 20 g of raisins, a teaspoon of Brandy.

Bring to a boil 1/2 l of water in a pot.

Take the rice, stir with a wooden spoon.

Bake 17 minutes, stirring often.

Drain the rice in a colander, transfer it to a bowl and allow to cool.

Put the raisins in a bowl and cover with water; Let it soften 10 minutes.

Drain, squeeze with your hands.

Put it in the rice bowl, add the Brandy and stir well.

Worked in a small cup ricotta with a fork until it becomes creamy.

Add the rice with a wooden spoon.

Divide the rice in two parts.

Incorporated to vanillin.

Stir cocoa rice leftover.

Wash apricots thoroughly, remove the stalk.

Tamponandole dry with kitchen paper.
