Instructions

CHICKEN SKEWERS with 2_09514 CREAM with herbs and spices INGREDIENTS to 600 units 20 g of chopped chicken breast, a bunch of chives, a sprig of chervil, a tablespoon of mustard (or to the ancienne), 5 cl of milk, 2 slices of bread, 200 g of white cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 spoon of grated bread, 2 lemons, salt and pepper.

Wash and dry herbs.

In a bowl, mix half the chopped herbs with fresh cheese, working with a wooden spoon.

Put 2-3 balls on each skewer and place the skewers in a plate lined with parchment paper.

Bake and cook for about 10 minutes.

Serve the meatballs with the sauce warm white cheese.

If you prefer you can replace the chicken with pork or lamb.
