Instructions

15352 TURNOVERS with CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of flour, 100 g butter, 300 g of pecorino siciliano, 150 g diced provolone, an orange and peel of a lemon, olive oil, honey.

Knead the flour with a pinch of salt, the butter cut into small pieces and lukewarm water; then let it sit for about half an hour.

In a bowl mix the grated pecorino cheese with citrus peels chopped.

Put the dough on the floured work surface and pull it with a rolling pin into a thin pastry and cut into discs of approximately 10 cm in diameter.

At the center of each place the amalgam of pecorino cheese and citrus peels and a dice of provolone.

Close the diskettes so as to form of half-moons, pressing the edges well.

Fry the panzarotti in plenty of hot oil and serve by pouring over a teaspoon of honey.
