EXQUISITE CANAPÉS INGREDIENTS for A00035 4 PEOPLE 400 g of meat Simmenthal, 100 g of smoked salmon, 1 bunch of Arugula, lemon juice, freshly ground white pepper, 8 slices of bread.

In a bowl chopped finely Simmenthal meats, add smoked salmon cut into very thin strips and Arugula leaves.

Mix well, seasoned with lemon juice and pepper.
