Roll out a sheet of aluminum and rovesciatevi Bon Roll directly from its tray; wrap tightly and close by twisting the two ends as if it were a candy.

Put in the oven already warm (180°) and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, squeeze the garlic with the tool and embed the mustard.

Withdrawn the Bon Roll and let it cool; then place it on the puff pastry stretched out and spread of mustard. Add salt and pepper and wrap it up carefully, with the puff pastry. Cut the excess of dough on the ends and close by pressing OK. With cutouts make small dough decorations as desired.

Brush the surface of the dough with the beaten egg with a little water.

Put in the oven already warm (160°) and cook for 30 minutes. When cooked retire it from oven and slice it are when it is warm. Serve with boiled vegetables sauteed in butter.
