Instructions

BRAISED TURKEY 09713 to CANTONESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 bottles of Turkey, 2 Peeled cloves of garlic, 2 spring onions, red pepper, 2 carrots, courgette, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of starch.

Wash and Peel vegetables cut into small pieces.

Slice the garlic into fine strips and FRY in oil over high heat.

When the garlic will tend to Brown add the vegetables and let them jump for a few minutes stirring are wet with a little water and let Cook until fully evaporated.

Withdrawn the vegetables, add two tablespoons of olive oil in the Pan then add the peeled and let fry over high heat.

When the meat is lightly browned add the vegetables.

Pour the soy sauce and 5/6 tbsp water, mix well and then add salt and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Dilute the cornflour with a little cold water and pour into the Pan, stirring quickly, this will make the sauce thick and glossy.

Mix well and serve with boiled rice.
